vFairs has been named a Visionary in the 2024 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Event Technology Platforms.

In the first Magic Quadrant for event technology platforms, Gartner evaluated 13 Vendors based on their Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision.

Gartner defines event technology platforms as “tools that enable B2B marketers to execute virtual and/or in-person events for external audiences. These platforms provide native capabilities to engage and communicate with prospective attendees, registrants, and sponsors, manage logistics, deliver content, and enable attendees to engage with other participants.”

Vendors were evaluated based on their ability to support three core use cases, In-Person User Conferences/Trade Shows, Virtual User Conferences/Trade Shows, and In-Person Roundtables/Field Marketing Events. The evaluation included a comprehensive survey, executive briefing, demo video, confidential customer interviews, and Gartner Peer Insights reviews.

The quadrant evaluates vendors based on “completeness of vision” and “ability to execute”. We believe vFairs being positioned as Visionary reflects the strategic direction and innovative capabilities of the solution.
